Phase 1
March 2 - 9, 2026

How to navigate Web Summit Vancouver, structure conversations, and deliver clear pitches in time-constrained settings.

Phase 2
March 30 - April 6, 2026

Define ICPs, identify who you should meet, and build a prioritized target list aligned with Web Summit attendance patterns.

Phase 3
April 13 - 21, 2026

Launch multi-channel outreach to book meetings ahead of the event and warm up key relationships.

Phase 4
April 27 - May 4, 2026

Set up CRM workflows, follow-up sequences, and a 90-day post-event engagement plan.

Selection Criteria

To ensure a high-value cohort, selection is competitive.

Priority will be given to companies that:

Meet Web Summit Startup Program requirements.

Are committed to attending Web Summit Vancouver 2026.

Can actively engage in outreach and follow-up.

Represent climate, agri, or ocean tech sectors.

A minimum of 40% of spots are reserved for Indigenous, women, and racialized founders, with province-wide participation encouraged.
