Helping BC cleantech companies land customers, close deals, and grow into new markets.
Government procurement, major project supply chains, Indigenous partnerships, infrastructure, defence. These markets are opening up at a scale Canada hasn't seen in a generation. But the pathways in are complex, the buyers are hard to find, and cold outreach alone won't get you there.
We built this program to help founders figure out who to talk to, how to reach them, and how to qualify the right opportunities faster. Over many years of working with cleantech companies globally, we've developed the tools, the methodology, and the network to make that process dramatically more efficient.
And thanks to the generous support of the Discovery Foundation, we're able to make this accessible. Most of the program cost is covered, so founders can get access to our teams and tools earlier in their journey.
Now we're bringing all of it together in one cohort-based program where we roll up our sleeves alongside founders and work through the hard stuff: customer discovery, market qualification, outreach strategy, and the conversations that actually move deals forward.
This program is made possible through the support of the Discovery Foundation and its Technology Education Program. Their belief in this work enables ClimateDoor Impact to focus where we know cleantech founders need the most help: unlocking new markets, finding the right customers, and building the commercial infrastructure to grow. We are proud to partner with the Foundation in driving BC's innovation economy forward and expanding access for the founders and communities who are shaping it.

“Through our global network and years of working in the cleantech space, we've built relationships with the people and organizations that founders are trying to reach. This program brings those connections directly into the room alongside the tools and methodology we use every day. We're excited to get to work with this cohort.”

This is a 12-week program where we work alongside founders on the hairy problems: who are the right customers, how do you reach them, what does the outreach actually look like, and how do you qualify opportunities faster. We bring in cleantech GTM specialists from our network who don't just help with strategy but can make introductions and spark ideas on the spot. These are people who have spent years in the cleantech space doing exactly this kind of work, and they'll be in the sessions with you.
