The brand says climate. The work runs through energy, agriculture, and resources. ClimateDoor was founded around the thesis that commercial risk, not technology risk, kills most clean-economy companies. We work across sectors that touch the physical economy. Our buyers are utilities, industrial operators, governments, and infrastructure owners. Most of those buyers don't write checks for "climate" anymore. They write them for energy security, resource resilience, and operational performance. We work the way the market actually buys.
Energy and grid, agriculture and food, critical resources, water, built environment, industrial decarbonization, and climate resilience. The common thread is institutional buyers and regulated markets, not the technology itself.
Growth-stage. Validated technology, early commercial traction, raising or scaling. Generally Series A through C, sometimes later. We don't run accelerator programs for pre-revenue teams.
Accelerators run fixed-term cohort programs with mentorship and education. We embed and we execute. There's no curriculum. There's a pipeline, a target list, a weekly review cadence, and a Pod that works your business as if it were our own.
Monthly retainer plus success fees on the work we close. Engagements run 6 to 12 months for most clients. Capital raises carry a success fee on closed capital. Sales and partnership engagements carry a fee on closed revenue. Grant work carries a fee on awarded non-dilutive funding. Specific numbers are scoped per engagement.
