Growth
It was a challenging environment to raise capital, it was a testament to the heavy lifting put in by ClimateDoor to help us get our initial two fundraises of $2.85M. This company wouldn't exist without our partnership with ClimateDoor.

Shane Lander
CEO
Henrik Beverage Systems had developed a revolutionary portable draft system but had only two prototypes and needed significant capital and strategic guidance to scale. The company needed to attract investors who understood both the commercial opportunity and the environmental value of reducing foam waste and CO2 emissions in large-scale beverage service.
ClimateDoor built Henrik's investor deck and capital raising strategy, executed a $1.09M seed raise bringing in angel investors and the company's first institutional investor, and then led a $1.6M Series A raise. We also secured $150,000 in non-dilutive capital, facilitated Board of Directors formation, and helped quantify the environmental savings of the technology to strengthen the investor narrative.
Henrik closed $2.71M at $0.23 per share. Just over 12 months later, the company closed its next financing round at $0.60 per share, delivering a 2.61x uplift for ClimateDoor and the investors we introduced. The company grew from 2 prototypes to 20 machines deployed.
