Infinite Carbon (ICC)
About
Infinite Carbon (ICC) is an Indigenous-owned advanced pyrolysis company that converts wood waste into 90% renewable biocarbon. Its proprietary 3-tube technology produces a consistent, high-purity, zero-sulfur product that can displace fossil-based carbon in sectors such as steel, concrete, agriculture, and carbon black.

Infinite Carbon had a strong core product and a 7-year steel offtake MOU worth roughly $2.5M, but the company lacked the broader market validation and investor traction needed to support an institutional raise. When tariffs disrupted the North American steel market, the original steel-led path became less attractive and more exposed.
ClimateDoor helped reposition ICC from a narrow steel story into a broader industrial decarbonization platform with stronger near-term potential in agriculture and concrete. We built and ran a combined commercial and capital outreach strategy to validate new market demand, test buyer interest, and build investor momentum around a more resilient growth narrative.
125 offtaker targets reached. 7 sample requests generated. 3 serious offtake negotiations advanced. 3,529 investor prospects reached. 488 investor conversations generated. 77 investor meetings secured. Lead investor identified for a $2.5M equity raise. Due diligence underway.
ICC moved from a tariff-exposed steel narrative to a stronger multi-sector biocarbon growth story. The result was broader commercial traction, improved investor readiness, and active diligence with a lead investor on a $2.5M equity financing.
