
Ailton Schoemberger is passionate about sustainability and strategic partnerships. With over 15 years of experience in international markets, including Canada, Taiwan, Spain and Brazil, his career has centered on fostering strategic partnerships for climate-related companies.
In 2017, he founded his own web development business, which has enabled him to travel to over 50 countries. This journey enriched his understanding of diverse cultures and fueled his commitment to sustainability and community action.
Currently, as the Growth Director at ClimateDoor, he is dedicated to strengthening the climate ecosystem by connecting investors, companies, governments, and enthusiasts, ensuring a collaborative and impactful approach to climate solutions.
