Conor is a Partner at ClimateDoor, based in New York, where he focuses on capital formation and market entry. He co-founded Standard Demand Partners, a capital advisory firm for the energy transition that raised more than $600 million for energy, infrastructure and clean tech companies before ClimateDoor acquired it in 2026. Before that, Conor co-founded the SaaS company Ray Analytics and took it from idea to exit. He started his career in Washington, D.C., managing eight-figure political ad budgets and building digital strategy for major clients. Conor has supported more than 50 capital raises and is an investor in Stardust Solar Energy. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland.
